WHAT'S HAPPENING
What's Happening at MYCON25
MYCON25 is designed to provide daytime empowerment sessions and nightly worship gatherings to minister to four major areas -- CONTENT, CONVERSATION, CONVICTION, and CONNECTION. There are many opportunities for all of our youth to participate on an individual and group level. Here are some of the activities youth will experience at MYCON25:
Morning MO
Morning MO is the opening session of each day. During this time, the youth will be led in a time of focused prayer, followed by a youth presentation (dance/song). Then a youth will give an inspirational message.
Breakout Sessions
These sessions will be age-appropriate and gender specific, covering topics pertinent to our youth.
Open-Forum
The open-forum discussion will be a coed setting led by a moderator and designated panel participants. In this session, we will discuss questions previously submitted by the youth. Each question will be screened and selected by our moderator(s).
Academic Inspiration
MYCON25 is not only concerned about spiritual well-being, but there is also a focus on the intellectual and mental health aspects of our youth. They can participate and compete in fun, exciting activities such as, Bible Bowl, Bible Speed Drill, and a Spelling Bee!
Visual Art Showcase
The youth will be given an opportunity to submit an original art presentation for display. The content of the presentation will be related to the theme. Each poster will be scored and prizes will be given to participants.
Gifts and Talent Showcase
The youth will be given an opportunity to express their gifts and talents in the categories of singing/rapping, dancing, spoken word, or oratorical expression. Each presentation will be scored and prizes will be given to participants.
Basketball Jamboree
Registrants will have the opportunity to participate in a basketball jamboree at the close of the conference.
Service Project
A community service opportunity will be provided for the delegates to the conference.

There will be much more for our youth to engage each other in fellowship and discussions that will challenge them to live above the status quo. While attending the day sessions, LUNCH WILL BE PROVIDED. Also, beginning Wednesday, June 25th, the youth will encounter nightly worship celebrations. Each night, some of the pre-selected queens will display their talent, as well as other youth will display talent/gift each night. On Wednesday night, there will be a concert/musical worship celebration, wherein there will also be a young Gospel Artist Group that you DO NOT want to miss!
